What is The Good Stuff?
A shop with five departments: electronics, beauty and personal care, home and kitchen, fashion and accessories, and lifestyle. We buy from manufacturers instead of from resellers, and we keep a short list in each department instead of a huge catalogue.
Where do your products come from?
From manufacturers and suppliers in China. When we know where a product is made and what it is made from, we put it on the product page. When we do not know, we say so.
What does manufacturer-direct mean?
It means we buy close to the people who make the product, instead of buying at the end of a long chain of resellers. It does not mean we own a factory, that nobody else is involved, or that we are always the cheapest.
Why do you buy from China?
Because a very large share of the world’s products are made there, in every category we sell. Buying there puts us closer to the source. On its own that says nothing about whether a product is good. That is what the seven questions are for.
How do you choose products?
We ask seven questions about everything: does it look good, does it work, is it well made, is it worth the price, would we want it, can the supplier make it well, and does it belong here.
Do you sell everything you find?
No. That is the whole point. Our suppliers can offer far more than we list. Leaving things out is most of the work.
How does ordering work?
Add something to your cart and go to checkout. Checkout runs on Shopify, so your card and address details go to Shopify, not to us. Once payment goes through, you get a confirmation email and we process your order for fulfilment.
How can I pay?
Pay securely at checkout with Paystack, in Nigerian Naira.
Is everything in stock?
Stock is shown on each product and comes from real inventory. When something runs out, its page says sold out.
How does delivery work?
We deliver inside Nigeria. Delivery options and the exact cost are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Delivery times vary by product and destination.
How do I track my order?
After your order is confirmed, we process it for fulfilment. Tracking information is sent when your order ships and tracking is available.
What is your return policy?
Our Returns Policy sets out what can be returned, the conditions, and how to start a return.
Returns PolicyWhat if something is wrong with my order?
Email us at the address at the foot of every page, with your order number, and we will put it right.
Less searching. More good stuff.
Five departments. A short list in each. Start with what you came for, or look through the lot.
