Terms and conditions

The Good Stuff is an online shop based in Lagos, Nigeria. We buy from manufacturers and sell a short list of products across five departments.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including what it is made of and its size where we know them. Where we do not know something, the product page says so.

Photographs show the product. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another.

Prices are in Nigerian Naira. Anything added at checkout, such as delivery, is shown before you pay.

Checkout is hosted by Shopify, and payments are processed by Paystack.

Your order is placed when your payment goes through, and you will receive a confirmation email.

If we cannot supply something you have paid for, for example because it is no longer available or was shown at a wrong price, we will tell you and refund you in full.

We deliver inside Nigeria. Delivery times and costs are set out on the shipping and returns page.

Our returns policy is set out on the shipping and returns page. It does not limit any right you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

We are responsible for delivering the products you order as described. Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
