Delivery options and the exact delivery cost are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address, before you pay. Available delivery times vary by product and destination.
Your order and tracking
After your order is confirmed, we process it for fulfilment. Tracking information is sent when your order ships and tracking is available.
Returns
To start a return, email us at shopthegoodstuffco@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will confirm whether it is eligible, and how to send it back, before you post anything.
If something is wrong with your order
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us at shopthegoodstuffco@gmail.com with your order number and we will put it right.
